South Pas is the vibrant, sought-after neighborhood that hugs the southern edge of Pasadena. The South Pasadena Farmers’ Market draws crowds each Thursday, and signature city events like the yearly Eclectic Music Festival & Arts Crawl make the tree-lined streets hum with activity into the evenings. This neighborhood also boasts excellent schools, parks and hiking trails, and is considered one of the most all- around livable areas around. And while condos and apartments are available, single-family Spanish, Craftsman, and modern homes are really what this area is known for, with most priced in the $900,000 to $5 million range.
